Small Group Personal Training involves working out in a small group of individuals with similar fitness goals, guided by a professional trainer. This approach combines the personalized attention of one-on-one training with the motivation and camaraderie of a group setting.

Emily loves educating and empowering women to build resilient pelvic floors and delving into the often-overlooked impact of daily habits on pelvic health, she provides practical modifications in routines to reduce incontinence and prolapse symptoms, particularly as we age. Emily emphasises that pelvic floor exercises are not the only treatment, offering a holistic approach to well-being and that you are absolutely capable of smashing your health and fitness goals with the right support and mindset.
